Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luxury Club website, mobile experience, and any related services (together, the “Site”), operated from the United Arab Emirates. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 14. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your visit or order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide us is accurate, current, and complete.

Creating an account is optional for browsing but required to complete certain actions (checkout, order tracking, saved addresses). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@luxuryclub.ae if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Every piece listed on the Site is examined by our in-house specialists before it is offered for sale. Where a piece is pre-owned, its condition is graded and disclosed on the product page to the best of our specialists' assessment, and a Certificate of Authenticity is issued with the sale as described on the listing. We make every reasonable effort to describe each piece accurately, including condition, materials, hardware, and included accessories (box, dust bag, papers), but photographs and written descriptions are provided for guidance and may not capture every detail of an individual, often one-of-a-kind item.

Some pieces are offered on an advisor-led basis rather than immediate purchase — for example, items marked for enquiry, reservation, or “price on request.” For these, a specialist will confirm final details, price, and availability with you directly before any sale is concluded. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell an advisor-led item until that confirmation has taken place.

Prices are displayed in the currency of the region you are browsing from and are subject to change without notice. Prices shown for the United Arab Emirates are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise; VAT is calculated and added at checkout in accordance with UAE law. For other regions, applicable taxes and duties (if any) are calculated at checkout or may be payable on import, depending on your location.

Because many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or held in limited quantity, availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.

We take reasonable care to display accurate pricing, but if a pricing error occurs (for example, due to a technical fault), we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid, and we will notify you if this happens.

Placing an order is an offer by you to purchase the item(s) in your cart, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, where an item is no longer available, where we suspect fraud, or where an advisor-led item requires confirmation first. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider at the time of order. We do not store your full card details ourselves; payment data is handled directly by our payment processor in accordance with its own security standards. We offer tracked, discreet delivery worldwide from our boutique in the United Arab Emirates. Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is free of charge. Where checkout does not offer shipping to your country, an advisor will arrange delivery with you directly before any sale is concluded. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country unless we state otherwise at checkout. Title and risk of loss for an item pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

Given the authenticated, often one-of-a-kind nature of the pieces we sell, we handle returns carefully. If an item arrives materially different from its listed description or condition, or is found not to be authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@luxuryclub.ae or via WhatsApp, and we will arrange an inspection and, where confirmed, a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Outside of that circumstance, and given that condition and authenticity are verified and disclosed before sale, we do not generally accept change-of-mind returns on pre-owned pieces unless required by applicable law. Any exceptions will be noted on the specific product listing at the time of sale. This section does not affect any statutory right you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, or circumventing rate limits or security controls;
• Use the Site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information;
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, photography, and the Luxury Club name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent. All third-party trademarks referenced on the Site (for example, brand or maker names appearing in product descriptions) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to accurately describe the goods offered; such use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those brands.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's operation or the information, content, or materials on it, beyond the specific commitments we make about a given piece at the time of sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxury Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a purchase made through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including in respect of fraud or wilful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, email, or a similar channel to enquire about, reserve, or arrange the purchase of a piece, that conversation forms part of the sale process for that item and is subject to these Terms. Any price, availability, or condition information given to you directly by an advisor supersedes general Site content for that specific transaction once confirmed in writing.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention, such as a notice on the Site.
