Is every piece on Luxury Club authentic?
Yes. Every piece is physically inspected by our specialists before it is listed, and nothing is approved from photographs alone. Each sale includes a Certificate of Authenticity documenting what was verified on that specific piece.
How is the condition of a pre-owned piece described?
Every listing carries an honest condition grade and a description that includes any flaws, with photographs. You know what you are buying before you pay.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within the UAE is free. Outside the UAE an advisor arranges delivery with you directly, so the route and cost are agreed before you commit.
Can I return a piece?
If a piece arrives materially different from its description, or is found not to be authentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an inspection and, where confirmed, a refund or replacement. We do not generally accept change-of-mind returns on pre-owned pieces.
The piece I want is not listed. Can you find it?
